The company has a Mazak FMS intelligent flexible processing system and three Mazak automatic processing lines, which can meet the flexible processing requirements of different product chassis base plates to ensure the high quality of products. At the same time, it is equipped with a polishing robot and a spraying robot to improve the processing efficiency of the chassis base plate, raising to the leading level in the industry.
The company also has dozens of linear and U-shaped assembly lines, automatic casing sorting and conveying lines, and automatic packaging lines. Through the introduction of the MES intelligent production management system, WCS intelligent warehouse control system and WMS intelligent warehouse management system developed by the group's strategic partner Honeywell, it is effectively combined with the ERP system to form a process from raw material purchase and storage to semi-finished product processing and assembly to finished product delivery. The whole process is systematic, digitized, and networked management, and all link information is controllable, visible and traceable, which perfectly realizes intelligent factory production management.
